running FreeNAS server PMS. Connection drops on a daily basis

I NEED HELP MY PLEX KEEPS DROPPING REMOTE ACCESS ON A DAILY BASES.
CAN ANYBODY HELP FIX THIS PROBLEM? ALSO I AM USING A FIOS GATEWAY ROUTER.
