RTClock is 66% slower than realtime

Ok so it seems the time on my system is not keeping up to date at all... after 1min on a stop watch the system time has only increased by 22 seconds, I cannot be certain but i am fairly sure this happened after the update to U3 but that may just be because I was looking at the system page on the GUI.

Edit:
My motherboard is
Supermicro X10SRi-F
had to change the sysctl kern.timecounter.hardware
from TSC-low to ACPI-fast
then after tersting it worked added the syctl t the tunable section of freenas gui
