rsync problem

i am trying to rsync my two freenas using this command rsync -av root@192.168.2.xx:/mnt/storage/folder/ /mnt/storage/folder but every two hours i get this "The authenticity of host '192.168.2.xx(192.168.2.xx)' can't be established.
RSA key fingerprint is xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:a2."
and then i have to repress yes or no and the password.what should i do to make persistent??
