SOLVED Root Password Reset

Hi

I'm try to access root access to True NAS Scale via putty
However, everytime in enter my password for root access I get "Access denied"

I've tried mutliple times to change it from the WebUI, and once directly from the console. Regardless, even when I change/reset, I still get "Access denied"

What am I doing wrong. Am I not allowed root access via putty/SSH?

Did you enable the SSH service, and allow root logins via SSH?

I have installed Truenas scale, which worked fine for a few hours. After logging in a couple of hours later, the systemn askes for a networkpassword. I tried to log in with the password made at installation, but doesn't work. Tried to toggle ssh, but didn't work. I'm a beginner, but I am out of options.... Any suggestions which could help me?
