1) Stop uploading files to the server, if it gets to 100% full, it can be difficult
to access the files.
2) If possible, delete some files, or transfer some files off the server to create
some unused space.
3) begin to formulate a plan to expand your storage volume, or make changes
to your configuration to manage more efficiently, the data space you have

Please tell us a little informatiom about what you store on your server, how many drives you have in your FreeNAS and how the drives are configured.

begin to formulate a plan to expand your storage volume
This has nothing to do with the storage volume; it's the boot device that's at 96% according to the warning message. Anything that's putting files somewhere other than /mnt/$POOL/ could do it, but the most common reason I've seen has to do with FTP configuration.

Well, Thanks all for the quick answers.
Trying to migrate my files from an old W7 system to freenas I´ve made a big mistake with cp command and fulled all my OS disk !
Now with the du -shx /* command Danb35 gave me, I found where the fault was and now all is OK !
Have in mind it was night and I was very uspset and confused with the error.
Thanks BigDave and Danb35 and Merry Christmas !
