Request help interpreting log - Think I have a dead HDD

Greetings

I'm a noob. I think I may have an unserviceable HDD, but I'm not sure

I need to know if it has to be replaced, or if there is anything I can do to bring it back.

I have attached a copy of the log.

Any advice will be much appreciated.

It means your HDD has some bad sectors. HDDs have some spare sectors that are used in this case but it is likely the HDD is starting to fail and you should be ready to replace the disk. In fact, disks like this can become unresponsive and hurt performance.

Be sure to run zpool scrub to make sure you did not suffer silent data corruption.
