Replication and MPIO Failover

Pictures say a thousand words. Please check this out and let me know if you think that FreeNAS replication and MPIO is possible. I would like to setup one FreeNAS box with a volume on it and have that volume replicate to another FreeNAS box. Both volumes will have the same name. My virtual machine host would map to the first box and then map to the second box for a secondary MPIO mapping. Storage server 1 would replicate to storage server 2 and if necessary the virtual network would failover to storage server 2.
