Repeating Errors - but Alerts created

Hi all, I currently running FreeNAS-11.2-U4.1 and I'm getting repeated errors on a disk as below - This has been going on for a little while but the disc has not failed or any alerts created. I wondered if I should just replace the disk and if so how I can fail the disk to then replace and resilver it?
Or should I be looking at something else. the repeated messages are as follows :-

They appear always against ata4

All help greatly appreciated.

But think the issue may now not be disk so - replacing SATA cables and see if fault moves with port as well once replacement has finished

Was in fact the SSD I was using for Boot - Back to Good ole USB. Had previously tried SATA Cables Ports and switching off TRIM and SMART all to no avail.
