Hello all,
I am interested in setting up a local FreeNAS server that will serve files locally and replicate ( backup ) 2 other FreeNAS servers that live outside the local network.
This is a fact finding question that I am having trouble answering with a search on the forums - can anyone point me in the right direction ?
It's possible right ?

thanks in advance !

Yes this is doable. Its a simple matter of setting up as manny replication jobs as you need and setting up some simple port forwarding. If your internet connections don't have static IPs, you may consider using a DDNS service.
Once you are ready to spec out hardware, please start a new build thread and have someone look it over as there are a number of technical requirements to build a reliable and safe system for your data.
For more information about replication tasks, please refer to the User Guide.
