Reducing Jail storage size

I have my jails stored on a SSD & it is running out of space.

FreeNAS storage UI is showing my virtualbox jail consuming 61GiB and growing larger by the day. But, I only have a 30GiB .vdi created for use. Are there temp files or something I that isn't being removed inside the jail?

The used space listed in storage ui for each dataset includes snapshots right? If so I believe this is why my virtualbox is growing and I could just delete the snapshots?

If there are temp files, you're better off asking the Owncloud forums about that. ;)
