At this point I think you are going to need to SSH in to correct the permissions. Personally, I just use PUTTY for my SSH client.
I take it Brad is the username on your Win 7 box. Does that account have the same password as the root account on your FreeNAS box? I'm not clear on how you are authenticating to the share currently.
I did a complete re install of FreeNAS last night, hoping any permission problems would reset. But that seems to have failed and now I had to log in as guest and still can't access the folder.
