Anyone have the driver or can compile the realtek driver for new iteration of FreeNAS?

If you really want this, the only safe way to obtain it is from a trusted source or to build it yourself. As was explained in your other thread, and this thread, and many others, the end result is not worth the effort. Please just install an Intel card. New ones are about $30, used ones are available for less than a third of that.
