Random Crashes..

Keep getting the above crash screen.
Ive just reinstalled 8.3.1 due to the ramdom crashes and still getting them...
I imported my storage (storage is 5x2TB drives, 5th drive connected to DVD connector)
Im running 8.3.1. installed on Sandisk Cruzerfit 4GB usb stick, in a HP Microserver.

Any suggestions?

Googling says thats usually a hardware failure or incompatible hardware. HP Microservers generally work fine with FreeNAS.

Maybe try a RAM test? www.memtest86.com. Make the ISO or USB stick, boot from it and let it run for 3 complete passes. Typically this will take a few hours.

hmm ok thanks for that, i tried googling it, couldnt find anything relating to the error lol..
I will do a ram test, and swap it out, as i have some spare ram.

Are you using one of the hacked BiOS's?

Using the stock BIOS the SATA drive connected to optical drive connector will not be seen as an AHCI device.

Using Stock Bios..only recently been having the issues... and have had this setup for a while..
