Radarr package missing in FN9.10.2? Had to do manually

I've seen people on here say to install radarr from a package. Doesn't work for me.

I had to follow this guide: https://github.com/Radarr/Radarr/wiki/Installation

any ideas why?

It's probably due to the age of the release which is based on FreeBSD 10.2 which was EoL'd in Dec, 2016.
