qemu vm UUID not fixed

I am using truenas scale to run router os， but it can not fix uuid ,so the machine always need to active, but after three or more times,can not active any more. so how to fix a vm’s uuid , even restart or stop the machine.

any one can help me to resolve this issue?

I also tried to modify vm config (xml files) as below, but also changed after restart the virtual machine.
