Qbittorrent App

I am very new to TrueNAS but currently have it running, as a VM on proxmox.

After installing and removing qbittorrent a couple of times, it started stalling on deployment.
Stupid I went in and changed some settings when installing again. Now it shows as 'installed' however it does not populate my APP list. as shown in screenshots below.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Well - I changed nothing however 12 hours later it appeared in the list and could remove it. Would be nice to know how to do this without waiting.
