Just updated to ESXi 6.7.0 Update 3 (Build 15018017) from previously working without issue Build 14320388.
Upon booting my FreeNAS VMs I was getting "CAM status: SCSI Status Error" on da0, the boot drive.

I changed the VM settings from using a SCSI controller to using a SATA controller for the boot drive and was able to boot fine without error. Also seemed to boot faster.
I haven't had a chance to dig any further into the issue, putting this out there in case anyone else runs into it.
