Hi, I just upgrade from FreeNAS-11.3-U3.1 to FreeNAS-11.3-U3.2 and the upgrade froze the server and I had to hard reset it. All seems to work but I now get this message on boot:
Code:
Jun 3 14:12:54 nas (da0:mpt0:0:0:0): UNMAP failed, disabling BIO_DELETE
Jun 3 14:12:54 nas (da0:mpt0:0:0:0): UNMAP. CDB: 42 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 08 00
Jun 3 14:12:54 nas (da0:mpt0:0:0:0): CAM status: SCSI Status Error
Jun 3 14:12:54 nas (da0:mpt0:0:0:0): SCSI status: Check Condition
Jun 3 14:12:54 nas (da0:mpt0:0:0:0): SCSI sense: ILLEGAL REQUEST asc:24,0 (Inva
lid field in CDB)
Jun 3 14:12:54 nas (da0:mpt0:0:0:0): Command byte 7 is invalid
Jun 3 14:12:54 nas (da0:mpt0:0:0:0): Error 22, Unretryable error

I ran SMART on all disks and no issues found.

Server config
  • Supermicro X10SLM+-F
  • Intel Xeon E3-1230V3
  • 10Gb of ram for FreeNAS running as a VM under ESXi 6.7.0 Update 3
  • 2 WD Red 2tb in stripe config and 1 WD Red 4tb single drive pool (they are all using PCI passthrough to Dell PERC H200)
  • The host disk is a VMware virtual disk
What do you suggest?
