Problems with web user interface not able to access for my truenas installation setup

I'm having some trouble with not able to type those ip address on the web access since it didn't work at all. The old pc is connected to lan1 tp link router archer ax73 5400. For some unknown reason in the automatic dhcp server I've been seeing the ip address ranges 192.168... on my tp link router but when I check that old pc when I login into the tplink admin it doesn't recognize that machine.

I'm having the same problem. I have the NAS plugged into my TP-link Deco, but it can't find the port for some reason.
