Problems on Plex Database setup

I cannot setup my plex mediathek because i don´t see the "media" folder in the list as active element. I see just dark grey "media" but it´s not clickable.

Based on the icon next to it, the system thinks it's a file... what does your jail mount look like?

iocage fstab <plexjail> -l (replace <plexjail> with the actual name of your plex jail)

thank you. I resolved the issue by changing the user restrictions for the directory to "everyone" in windows client.
