Problem when moving HDDs to another S-ATA port?

I have 6 devices in my FreeNAS box (4 HDDs for one zpool and 2 SSDs for another).

I want to move the 2 SSDs to an add-in S-ATA3 PCI-E card because of the increased troughput.
Then i want to use the 2 freed internal S-ATA ports to install 2 DOMs and reinstall FreeNAS with mirrored boot device.

If i then import the config, are there problems with importing the zpool, because the 2 SSDs are now on a different S-ATA Controller?

-> Is the S-ATA port relevant at all, or is the UUID, FreeNAS works with only related to the device model and the serial number?

FreeNAS only cares about the GPT ID. You may feel free to move ports between SATA 3Gbps, SATA 6Gbps, SAS 3Gbps, SAS 6Gbps, etc., even USB, and FreeNAS will not even blink.

Do note that this is not an endorsement of USB for attaching disks, it most certainly is not.
