Problem /usr/local/bin/rsync: Undefined symbol "locale_charset"

Hi forum

Months ago I installed a computer with freenas 9.1.1 x86 release

i configured rsync and cron jobs work fine. but a few days ago presents problems when rsync try to do a task

from terminal type rsync command and throws me this error

/ usr / local / bin / rsync: Undefined symbol "locale_charset"

I searched google but can not find something about freebsd or freenas

if someone can help, i don't want upgrade, this version works perfectly on everything else except this error

I'm afraid I can't answer your question, but is there a particular reason you posted in the "feature requests" forum? That doesn't seem like the right place for your question, and that could be limiting your audience.

If I had to speculate, I'd guess that something's happened to your USB stick and corrupted the rsync binary--but I don't know how much I'd trust that guess if I were you.
