Problem upgrading from 8.04 to 8.2RC1

I'm trying to upgrade via the the ISO image burnt onto CD (the same way I've done all the upgrades) and I am getting the following error:

Yeah, I reported this in the 8.2-RC1 thread and asked for a confirmation. Can you repost in the 8.2.0 RC1 announcement thread?
I had to do a clean install from the CD.
