Pre 11.2 iocage jails

Before i updated i had 2 iocage jails up and running, however they will not be properly migrated. They wont even display with iocage list. after the restart i was greeted with

after changing boot enviroment to the pre update, jails have disappeared.

You have a problem with your boot pool (seems that some files have gone missing somehow)... it has booted into single user mode, which means nothing has started like it would in a normal boot.

I would recommend to install a fresh copy of FreeNAS and import your config.

I rolled back/ deleted the update and reinstalled the update, greeted with a couple fo client.py errors but the system is currently running.

I already have my config backuped and a usb stick ready if the first thing did not work.
