Hey
I will be building a Freenas Server with 12 x 10TB drives. The server will have 2 vdev each with 6 drives and each vdev in a RAIDZ2 config in a single pool.

The problem is the country that i am in has many power outages, i have a UPS but sometimes the power is out for so long that the UPS wont last.
So the question is if the FreeNas server shuts down ungracefully will i have data loss or corruption issues or can the FreeNas OS handle ungracefully shut downs?

I would not do it on purpose, but my system has survived a hard power failure without apparent data loss or corruption.
I do have a UPS configured and it will shut down gracefully if the power goes out and you can have the UPS monitor turn the UPS off too.
