Post-upgrade - Problematic reduced boot messages

After performing an upgrade from 22.02.4 to 22.12-RC.1:

1. Stupidly I didn't reboot beforehand, however, it was hanging at boot stuck at networking "br0: topology change detected. propagating".
2. After troubleshooting, including trying the old revisions from grub, it was still hanging at "br0: topology change detected. propagating".
3. I ended up getting it to boot using the "Initial-Install" and reverted the system boot to the old revision.
4. Now during boot, I was getting more message prompts, such as the usual [ OK ] Started, Finished, etc.
5. After the prompt "br0: topology change detected. propagating", I was seeing messages for a long "Import ZFS pools", that were not displaying before.
6. The issue turned out to be a pool that wasn't importing for some issue and it was unknowingly hanging on importing ZFS pools.

My point is it looks like we have removed message prompts on RC1, that are critical for troubleshooting boot issues. I just want to make people aware encase this is unknown.

Should I create a JIRA ticket for this?
