Pools more than 80% full but no alerts

I know that my pools were getting rather full before the upgrade to 9.3, but I cannot be sure that they were still less than 80% full. I had not seen any alerts.

Now one pool shows 87% full and the other shows 95% full, but there still are no alerts. (I am in the process of backing up the files on the 95% full 4-drive pool, then I will wipe those disks, add two more, and create a new vdev to stripe with the other one.)

We've seen this before, but I'm not sure the bug ended up being filed. Can you take a look and file it/add your case?
