Pool went offline

Good morning.

My current setup is an R720xd with 16 2.5" SSD's with dual E5 2667 V2's and 256GB ECC
I also have an MD1200 connected to an LSI 9207-8e with 12x 6TB HE's installed.

Well this morning i logged into truenas to notice over 200 errors on every disk in the disk shelf.
A reboot sent the pool offline.
A cable swap and a 2nd reboot brought me to a truenas boot error of compression algorithm not supported 101.

What does this relate to??

I have turned the server off for now to pause any further damage to the pools.

Welcome to the forums.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble. Please take a few moments to review the Forum Rules, conveniently linked at the top of every page in red, and pay particular attention to the section on how to formulate a useful problem report, especially including a detailed description of your hardware, HBA along with firmware version, and specific hard drives being used.

With such vague descriptions of your setup, you've basically given no one much that is useful to work with, so the responses will tend to be random guesses rather than anything useful.
