plugins not returning results

Hi,

I recently changed my home router and since then my plugins will not return results when using them. For example: SickRage will not return any results when I search for a new show, and Plex will not find my server.

I have pinned 8.8.8.8 (google) successfully from freeness and within all my jails, so I know I have access to the internet.

Any ideas what I'm missing?

You might be able to ping the name server, but can you ping a domain? Did you configure the different router with the same ip scheme? If you could also post the output of ifconfig from the jail in question and also from the CLI in Freenas itself.

Thanks for responding John!

The new router (Virgin Hub3 - UK version) uses the same ip scheme as my old Virgin Super Hub 2, and I have reserved all the ip addresses used by FreeNAS. UPnP is also enabled.

However, I've been reading some posts regarding the Hub3, which are not great. You can't change the ip ranges, but then I using the standard anyway.

Router IP: 192.168.0.1
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0

I can ping 8.8.8.8 within jail and FreeNas, but not www.google.com from a jail.

Nowhere in any of this madness (please use "code" tags, on a phone its nearly impossible to read) do i see anything that screams this shouldnt work. Looks like its supposed to to me as far as I can tell.

Cant ping name from a jail would definitely cause this issue. What is the output of cat /etc/resolv.conf from the jail? Are your dns servers in there?
