Plugins List tab - 9.1

A few days ago when I clicked on the refresh button a few Plugin were available. I am finally comfortable with my setup to start installing plugin, and the now the list is empty... Should I wait for the site to be updated or just install the old way?

There seems to be an issue with the the back-end appcafe server today. I suspect it will be fixed later on today.
