Plugins inaccessible through NavigationTree

After the update to 9.10.1-U2, all of my plugins are working as normal EXCEPT they do not show up in the Navigation tree. This means I cannot access certain configuration information, and have easy access to the various webGUI's.

My console is also flooded with these errors every time I reload the page, maybe it has something to do with it?
