how i can using TrueNAS Core plugins on TrueNAS Scale?... I want NetData, etc.

You can't.

You can use all the available "Apps" from TrueCharts though... https://truecharts.org

Perhaps prometheus would be worth a look

there is no offical or community version of netdata.
I got it running by using the big blue launch docker button.
When i get home from work i could look up and post my config.
