cannot install plugins or add jails on my freenas

hello, i just got an truenas core on my old pc but i cant install plugins or add jails can someone help me?
for the plugins it says

for the jails it says

Maybe backup your config and then install latest 12.0-U6

Next, It's (most) always better to do a manual install over installing the plugins .. with plugins you are beholden to the plugin's maintainer and stuck on whatever version jail it was created with.

Have you specified nameserver(s) and a default gateway on your Network | Global Configuration?
