/plugin_storage, /plugin_jail

I'm running FreeNAS-9.3-STABLE-201512121950 and I noticed I still have

/plugin_storage
/plugin_jail

I think these are legacy directories from an earlier version of FreeNAS. Can I nuke these?

They don't appear to be part of any default plugin setup. Whether it's safe for you to nuke them depends on how your system is set up, i.e. whether anything depends on them.
