Plugin installs to wrong storage

In the storage view of FreeNAS 9.3, I have 3 sets.
BackUp_Data 2HD's Green Mirrored
WinShare 4HD's Red NAS Raidz2
CCTV 1 HD Purple Stripe

I have set Winshare as the system dataset, but when I install a plugin, it is installed on or in the BackUp_Data.

How can I get it to install onto the system dataset WinShare

Does selecting the desired volume in Jails -> Configuration and reinstalling the Plugin do the right thing?

The default Jail Root was /mnt/BackUp_Data, so I changed it to /mnt/WinShare, and now the plugin is where I want it to be.
