Plex Plugin will not run

I installed the Plex Plugin and had everything up and running. I tried to do an update via the update button. It failed and now I can not get it to come up when I click the manage button. I have tried starting it from a shell command but it fails.

I've tried uninstalling and installing again but it does the same thing. Is there a way to uninstall it manually via the shell? Any help would be great.
