Plex only recognizing pictures

Plex works fine with pictures, but not with video​

Hi there! I finally was able to get my nas setup and add plex. I was having issues with permissions but I figured that out. My problem now is that the photos I add to my plex library via truenas are visible and work, but the video files I have added will not populate in plex. I have been trying different file orientations to see if putting them in different recognized folders works, but nothing helps. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated
