Plex doesnt start after importing backup library data

I have a freshly installed freenas and plex media server running, I rename the fresh-working plexdata folder to plexdatabac then copy my working plexdata folder from another machine into that folder WITHOUT the plugins directory as described from plex. Now the plex will not start. Seems like i had this problem the last time i moved my plex data and eventually got it to work but cant rembember how i did it. Could someone help me out? The messages log repeats

FIXED! Someone on plex forums suggested doing a chmod 775 on the directory and it started right up.

i used Leapftp then made a chmod 775 to the plex plugin folder but still it can not start !!!
