When doing PMs on my server I performed a scheduled shutdown to clean my server. When booting back up my Plex app wouldn't deploy. After 15 min or so I found that the GPU selected on the plex app in settings was blank. I selected my GPU once agian and It launched. I updated to the next update and all is well. Just Dropping off this info if someone has had the same issue.
