Planning a new install - quesitons... I'm scared. can you lend your adivce?

I have a Dell T7400 that I will be installing FreeNAS on. It will have 26GB of ram, and a Xeon 2.5Ghz quad core processor. I plan to run the software Raid.
I will have 5 x 4TB Seagate NAS drives
I bought this SATA card for export ports: do you think it will work with the FreeNas software?:

Besides your opinion about my SATA card, are there any other suggestions/comments/concerns?

I can tell you that SATA controller is pure junk.
