Hi!

I "accidentally" ran pkg upgrade on my TrueNAS 12.2-U2.
I somehow missed that my iocage console <jail> command didn't work and then ran pkg update.
Ofcourse I got an error, but internet is very helpful, so I edited /usr/local/etc/pkg/repos/local.conf and FreeBSD.conf and re-ran pkg update.

So, I messed up. Everything seems to work, but in a very instable manner.

Is there any easy way to get out of this mess?

Regards,
Fredrik

Save a copy of your config and reinstall FreeNAS. Upload your config after you've reinstalled and reboot and you should be GTG then.

Fortunately I have separate disks for the boot environment, so it might be the easiest way.
Should I remove the data-disks as a precaution during install, or would that make it worse?
