I can't seem to delete unwanted files anymore

I have set up permissions for the user to be able to read write and execute. Since my move to my new home I can't seem to delete Files Please help

Yes I was able to get this resolved with restarting both machines

So I'm having the same issue again with my AFP shares I even created a new user with the correct permissions each time I go and try to delete a folder or a file for that matter, freeNas comes back with not enough permissions...
