Permissions Issue

Hello all! System specs are in my signature.

The issue I am having is with group permissions. I have created the group "users" which has been given access in the Freenas GUI and in Windows to the folder "Media". Yet when a user signs in from that group windows gives the error "Windows cannot access xxx.xxx.x.xxx\media".

Owner User is Root and the Owner Group is "Users". Windows permissions checked.

The only way to fix it is to add the users to my group, which gives them access to everything, not something I want.

The users cannot even see the contents.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Your guide is actually what I used to set it up initially. (Excellent guide btw) I recently added a new user and that broke everything...I don't know why though.

My other volume permissions work as expected. Don't get what's broken in this volume though.
