Permissions for Windows Users

Something Simple:

I want /mnt/Disk0/FS to have anonymous guest access with no Authentication
I want /mnt/Disk1/DB to have anonymous guest access with no Authentication
I want /mnt/Disk0 to have Admin group access with a password
I want /mnt/Disk1 to have Admin group access with a password
I want /mnt/Disk0/Staff/Larry_Fields to have user Larry_Fields access with password

I can't seem to get there.

Help, Please .....
