Permanent error with a zfs graph docker?

So, was testing my Eaton UPS, it did turn power off as supposed to. 20 minutes later, plugged it back in, and power came back like it's suppose to (though it ignored ondelay). Anyway, 2 minutes into reboot and starting up everything it cut power to the machine for no know reason. Never good.

So, I see under zpool status -v tank:

errors: Permanent errors have been detected in the following files:

tank/ix-applications/docker/3721968f8e3b4351fbe107feeaf993fbe1ca2d5694e922683cfd22d1b3c60776:<0x0>

So, I look in the filesystem and there is no such file. But there is one here:

/mnt/tank/ix-applications/docker/zfs/graph/3721968f8e3b4351fbe107feeaf993fbe1ca2d5694e922683cfd22d1b3c60776

So, the subtle difference is it's in the zfs/graph directory. Anyway, anyone know what these zfs/graphs files are for, and should I be able to just clear the error?
