Owncloud problem /media permissions

Hi guys,

i installed owncloud, i entered the app played aroud a little like creating users etc. then on the other day i wanted to login and finally setup everything but i got this message

"Data directory (/media) not writable by ownCloud
Permissions can usually be fixed by giving the webserver write access to the root directory."

Does anyone knows how to solve that?

That message is telling you that the /media permissions are incorrect. Check out the /media folder inside the jail and see if the www user has writeable permissions(it probably doesn't). If it doesn't you'll need to give it permissions. If it does then you likely have some kind of configuration issue that is going to be difficult to troubleshoot in a forum setting.
