Owncloud permissions problem

I'm trying to change the file size upload limit but it says

"Can not be edited from here due to insufficient permissions."

I've searched but have been unable to find a solution.

Any assistance greatly appreciated. :)

Yea, I read this but it doesn't seem to say anything about permissions, or FreeNAS either.

you don't to care about permissions to up your limit. just edit the php.ini as mentioned
