Out of the Box NAS with the option to install FreeNAS

Hello guys,
I need to aquire a NAS rack mountable with:
- 4x3,5'' HDD bays;
- RAID 1 - with raid controller;
- Can support up to 4 3TB HDDs;
- 1U/2U in size;
- without the HDDs the price to be arround 1000 USD;

I am planning to use WD Green with it.
I also need to install FreeNAS on it.
Can you recommend to me such a device, and if permited links to where can I aquire it?

You'll get a much better response if you do your own homework and provide a hardware config or 2 that you've validated against the FreeBSD hardware compatibility list.
