I'm having a bit of an issue ran out of space on my FreeNAS:
[root@fileserver1] ~# zpool list Storage
NAME SIZE ALLOC FREE EXPANDSZ FRAG CAP DEDUP HEALTH ALTROOT
Storage 7.25T 2.99T 4.26T - 19% 41% 1.00x ONLINE /mnt

[root@fileserver1] ~# df -alh
Filesystem Size Used Avail Capacity Mounted on
Storage 3T 3T 3G 100% /mnt/Storage

How can i expand the partition to take up all 7.25TiB?

It's kind of hard for anyone to offer any help when we have no information whatsoever about your hardware. But with your pool 100% full you're likely not going to be happy with the replies that you receive.

Quota is probably the problem. Double check your snapshots while you are at it.

Raid - 6 (MFID0) 8TB array (Yes I know Hardware raid is evil / Bad / Wrong...)
3U 933 PT Chassis
2 SSD's Vertex 4's (L2ARC / Zlog)

As you can see the "Alloc" in the zpool is 2.99T but the Size is 7.25 is there any way to change the ALLOC without destroying the data do I need to use the "GrowFS?" command? or is there some other way I have missed?

I sure hope you have that data backed up. You've filled a 2 disk mirrored pool to 100% capacity. That's all bad.

It's not bad, things just don't work very well and you have to fix it.

There have been users that have lost all access to their data from filling the pool to 100%.

@NetworkConsultant I would add another mirror to that pool asap and expand your pool. You might also want to do some reading here on best practices for pool design before you go any further with your NAS.

Alternatively you can try the instructions in this thread and see if you can recover some free space so your pool doesn't end up nuked.

Using the commands you're using, the Size refers to the total disk capacity, ignoring redundancy. Looking at the Storage tab in the GUI will better illustrate what's going on.

Actually i just exported and imported it with the expectations that the volume would grow and it did not. In addtion to this my 7.02TB cluster is now serveing 7.02TB of space because I destroyed and restored it from a backup. I figured it would be somthing i could do online with FreeNAS but the dataset was hard provisionied at 3T of 7.02TB of space available to the Zpool.
