I don't have that much experience in reading these event logs so can you help me understanding what is going on?

I can see that it is probably the da4 drive that has an issue. However, I replaced this drive 1 month ago because the last drive also threw different error messages.

What should I do? And please let me know if you need more information.

Thanks

My setup is:
Dell r720xd
Running FreeNAS-11.3-U1 as a VM on Exsi 6.5 with LSI2008 run in passthrough
The drive is a WD-Red 6TB

You need to share the output of your SMART data for da4 (assuming you have scheduled SMART tests running)

smartctl -a /dev/da4

So, your SMART data shows that this disk is healthy.

Chances are we're looking at either a cabling issue or something with the disk controller, that port in the backplane, the backplane itself or power.

Most to least likely causes (in my opinion from this distance):
Cabling
Backplane Port
Disk controller
Power
Entire Backplane

If you were having problems with the disk in that same position before, perhaps start with the cable leading to that disk (if it's separate).
